When we take that first step in our journey to Self-Mastery, to choose to work on our Shadow aspects, to face our fears and weaknesses, to heal our traumas, then can we begin to see ourselves as we truly are ~ God Sparks, an expression of the Creator, living in a skin jacket!

Shadow work is not always easy, in fact most times it is challenging, but it is the greatest gift you can give yourself.  All your answers lie within.  I, as a "rebirthing doula" do not heal you, no-one is your saviour, YOU are your very own best pilot, with the vast Quantum Field and all in it conspiring with you to create the BEST version of you.

I can take you by the hand and walk a way with you, I can give you tools to find your answers, but I CANNOT heal you.  I make no such claims!  However, I have seen so many miracles in the 30 odd years of doing this work, that I know, beyond a doubt, that we operate in the potential of miracles.  There is no quick fix, though and if you do not invest in your own process it is unlikely you will see results!  It's that simple!
